The StrengthPack line of flexible packaging material provides an incomparable moisture barrier coupled with unsurpassed tear and puncture resistance and is engineered to run well on pouch machines, bag machines, and F/F/S equipment. StrengthPack is found in industrial packaging, export packaging, military packaging and pharmaceutical applications or any application where the contents must be protected in a durable structure safe from corrosion or moisture.

We manufacture a number of high-performance plastic films that offer unparalleled performance in demanding packaging, print media and other strength and specialty film applications in numerous industries worldwide. In fact, you have probably already used a tag, label, or package made with our flagship product, award winning Valéron® Strength Film, as it can be found in electrical cord labels, airline baggage tags, child-resistant flexible packaging, pool chemical packaging, engineered construction barriers like housewrap, and more.

Valéron® film is manufactured in a proprietary three step production process. Similar to the construction of plywood, where the wood grains are laminated to each other at opposing angles, the multiple layers in Valéron film are oriented in one direction, then “cross-laminated” at right angles. The result is an extremely tear-resistant film with outstanding strength and tear resistance in all directions.

Our Valéron film production can be divided into three distinct segments.

• Construction Products encompass the majority of our construction-grade films including weather-resistive barriers such as housewrap, roof underlayment carrier films, flexible flashing and vertical water barriers.
  
• Performance Packaging encompasses all of our film products used in compliance, child-resistant, or pilfer-resistant packaging.
  
• Print Media includes our coated grades of film that are used as a substrate for tags, labels, signs, banners, as strength plies in envelopes and the carrier film in specialty tapes.

Our Performance Strength group focuses on the use of Valéron Strength Film in construction applications such as housewrap, roof waterproofing systems, underslab vapor barriers and radiant energy barriers.

Valéron Strength Film is considered the benchmark in child-resistant packaging, offering proven performance and an extremely sturdy, tamper-resistant package. Among other applications, Valéron Strength Film is used by manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, home and garden, agricultural and household chemical products where packaging requires child-resistance, pilfer-resistance or barrier protection.

The Performance Print Media group works with printers and converters in developing critical printing applications for Valéron Films. Available through our distribution partners in coated and uncoated versions, Valéron print media films can be found in airline baggage tags, retail price tags, lumber tags, high strength envelopes, outdoor labels and in many sign and banner applications.

We offer specialized capabilities with oriented HDPE films.

V-Max® Synthetic Paper is a long-lasting solution for outdoor tags and labels, as well as other pre-printed or print-on-demand applications. Durable, economical and recyclable, V-Max® synthetic paper is an HDPE that is UV-stabilized and withstands moisture, chemicals and cold temperature extremes. Optional clay coatings are designed to enhance the smooth surface and provide superior printability.
